Payment to Employers

At the end of the six-week period, the employer will provide written confirmation of the total number of hours worked and amount paid to the student. This will come in the form of a supplied subsidy claim form and must also include evidence of the amount paid to the student. Employers will be reimbursed at the end of the summer, within 6 weeks of the YMCA receiving this documentation at its head office.
